Augmented Reality (AR) Compass

With our latest update the augmented reality compass now not only works with an iPhone 3GS but also with the iPhone 4!

GPS/map-reading applications designed specifically for Iphone 4 are all over the 'net. Considering the speed these things evolve at, if there isn't a programme like this now then there soon will be. For more infomation on the iPhone 4 check out the Apple website or another iPhone 4 review site.

This augmented reality compass is a great tool, and not only if you're just strolling around. It might be useful for tourists, sight-seeing in a city they don't know so well. Or if you have no sense of direction or a tendency for getting lost, this compass really is a life saver! Even if you are doing up your house in true Feng Shui style, having a compass is necessary in order to get it right.

To activate the augmented reality compass tap on the upper half of the LocFinder 3D-compass.

The augmented reality compass uses the iPhone camera to show you the compass directions and the direction of your target location in the real world. Just tap on the screen to return to the main screen.
